Mindy Johnson

As Director of Digital Communications & Outreach at CAST, Mindy Johnson develops and oversees a consistent digital communications strategy for all CAST online and social media outreach to promote and extend CAST’s strategic plan. She is a former high school special educator and Overnight instructor at the Boston Museum of Science. Mindy provides knowledge and expertise in social media, website development, online collaborative tools, and gameful design for education. Mindy also co-founded #UDLchat, a bi-monthly Twitter chat focused on Universal Design for Learning, and coordinates the social media activities for CAST. Mindy is the 2019-2020 president of ISTE’s Inclusive Learning Network.
