Jennifer Gauvreau is CGI Federal’s Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). In 2022, she led the launch of CGI’s tenth employee resource group in the United States — the Disability & Neurodiversity Advocates member resource group (DNA MRG) — and then served as the DNA MRG’s inaugural President until 2024. With over 25 years of information technology consulting experience, her focus in recent years has been the intersection of emerging technology, accessibility, usability and DEI best practices.
