CEO/Founder, Be More Adaptive


Caitlin Conner is a disability rights advocate, public speaker, and the Founder and CEO of Be More Adaptive. Her work is grounded in a singular mission: to help provide accessible disability resources enabling people with disabilities globally to lead fulfilling, sustainable, productive lives.

Dedicated to unifying the community through connection and care, Caitlin has grown a support network of over 65 partners and 1,900 members, working to bridge the gap between isolated services. Currently serving as a Commissioner for the Houston Commission on Disabilities, she advises the Mayor and City Council on inclusive policy and chairs the Emergency Preparedness Committee.

Caitlin combines this strategic leadership with her lived experience as an amputee and adaptive athlete. She actively contributes to the future of assistive tech as a scientific research subject for prosthetic advancements, always championing Universal Design. She is committed to cultivating a culture of collaboration, ensuring that the community can easily connect with the resources they need to thrive.
