Mary Jo Mueller

Accessibility Standards Program Manager, IBM


Mary Jo Mueller is the IBM Accessibility Standards Program Manager in IBM Design. Her primary role is to monitor and influence worldwide accessibility standards and government policies and regulations. She has 20 years of accessibility experience and spearheaded the effort to teach IBM new-hire designers their role in accessibility. She has been involved in several W3C standards groups and is the former co-chair of the Accessibility Conformance Test task force. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
