Jessica Lin is the Visual Design Lead for the IBM Accessibility team. Jess has been at IBM since 2019 and has been heavily involved with content-editing, user research, UX design, as well as visual design for IBM Accessibility. She has also led accessibility for design talks for the IBM onboarding Patterns program, the IBM Spark Conference, the CSUN Assistive Technology Conference, and more.
