Dan Goldstein was the co-founder of the law firm Brown, Goldstein & Levy. For 34 years, until he retired at the end of 2016, he represented the National Federation of the Blind. During that time, he was known for his work obtaining equal access for individuals with disabilities to websites, voting, education, books and government information and services. in 2000, he brought the first digital accessibility case under the ADA with a lawsuit against AOL. Since his retirement, Dan has been working as a volunteer with IAAP in developing the Business Access Criteria Program.
