Laura Marshall is a Learning Experience Designer at WIDA, an educational services organization focused on advancing the academic success of multilingual learners. Before transitioning to instructional design, Laura spent nearly a decade in international education, where she developed a knack for translating complex information into engaging, digestible content for diverse audiences. At WIDA, she is responsible for high-stakes assessment training completed by over 100,000 educators annually. Laura holds the IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) credential and is currently working toward the Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification. She is passionate about making accessible, innovative learning design a reality for every instructional designer.
