Lyssa Prince
Digital Accessibility Specialist, Bixal
Lyssa Prince is a digital accessibility specialist who works with designers, developers, content owners, and others to ensure that websites, applications, and documents are inclusive and usable for everyone. She can do a little bit of everything when it comes to accessibility, but she cherishes training and teaching. Lyssa found digital accessibility on the way to being a public librarian, but she liked it so much, she stayed! However, her library and information science education comes in handy every day, bringing holistic, user-centered perspectives into her work. Lyssa is also an IAAP Certified Professional of Web Accessibility (CPWA) and DHS Trusted Tester.
