Eduardo, a brain injury survivor, has been involved in the accessibility and disabilities field for over 20 years assisting numerous government agencies and Fortune 500 companies to become more inclusive.
He is a skilled technologist, specializing on international accessibility trends, assistive technologies, and legal mandates. Eduardo has served on the Board of Directors of Disability:IN DC Metro since 2009 and is currently their Chief Accessibility Officer.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ. He lives with his wife and two dogs in Frederick County Maryland.
