Bill Curtis-Davidson serves as Executive Director and Principal Research Scientist at the Georgia Tech Center for Inclusive Design and Innovation (CIDI), where he leads applied research, service, and education initiatives that advance accessible technology. Beginning his career in 1998 as a Research Scientist focused on assistive technology and user-centered design, he has since held influential roles across industry and emerging technology, including leadership positions at IBM, Level Access, and Magic Leap. His work spans accessible product design in aviation, consumer electronics, enterprise hardware, and extended reality (XR). A Certified AI Governance Professional and ForHumanity Certified Auditor & Fellow, he has contributed to award‑winning policy and standards efforts with OECD, NIST, PEAT, PAI, and ForHumanity. He also serves as an appointed member of the Georgia Technology Authority’s AI Advisory Council.
