Chloé began her accessibility journey while working on AI Builder at Microsoft, where she discovered how design choices can either include or exclude millions of people. What started as a design responsibility quickly became a long-term mission to make accessibility a core part of how products are imagined and built.
Since then, she created the enterprise Inclusive Metadesign, and became a leading advocate for accessibility across global organizations (Schneider Electric, Friend of Figma, and design communities), championing inclusive design at both strategic and operational levels. Chloé works with product thinkers and executives to embed accessibility into design systems, governance, and everyday workflows transforming it from a compliance checkbox into a driver of innovation and quality.
