Head of Global Design Research & Accessibility, Visa
James Green is a Sr. Director and Head of Global Design Research & Accessibility at Visa, and Chairman of Knowbility Inc’s Board of Directors. At Visa, he leads Visa’s Global Accessibility and Global Design Research teams and manages Visa’s Accessibility Portal, where Visa’s Global Accessibility Requirements, test cases, online training, and tools are made available to Visa staff globally and later in 2018, will be released publicly. His team also provides live training, accessibility testing, tools, and consulting services to design, development, QA, and product teams across Visa. His UX research team runs Visa’s in-house Usability Testing Lab in Austin, TX and provides research support to products globally, including Visa’s Design System. James has worked in design, technology, and management consulting for more than two decades.
