Kate Walser is a Principal User Experience Researcher with CX Insights. Over the past 25+ years, she’s worked with government agencies, non-profits, and companies around the world to create usable, accessible products that end users enjoy. She’s built successful UX and accessibility practices, served on the federal advisory committee for Section 508, and served on boards of the Center for Plain Language and UX Professionals Association. Kate loves sharing what she’s discovered along the way in hopes it saves others some headaches.
