Our biggest accessibility challenges are like canaries in the coal mine - a symptom of a bigger, underlying usability problem. Teams can struggle trying to make a component accessible, missing the fact that the issue to really be addressed is a design or usability problem. Identifying these issues and fixing them can have major benefits beyond just achieving accessibility objectives - pleasing a larger portion of your user audience.
