Lucy Greco

Lucy Greco has been blind since birth and has championed digital accessibility for decades. She began using computers in 1985, discovering early on how technology could level the playing field for blind students. That experience launched her career as an accessible technology specialist. For over 15 years at UC Berkeley, she guided students, staff, and developers in creating inclusive digital environments—first through the Disabled Students Program, then as Web Accessibility Evangelist. Today, Lucy continues to advocate, train, and consult on how technology can work for everyone, especially people with disabilities.
