Since 2019, Carolyn supports BECU’s digital delivery teams with A11y QA, education and awareness. Since 2014, Carolyn has worked as an international consultant with many IT departments to perform cross-platform A11y QA evaluation, WCAG 2.1 auditing, and topical accessibility workshops including New Zealand’s Dept. of Internal Affairs, IHOP and Applebee’s Restaurants and Western Digital, a Fortune 500 company. Carolyn is studying generative AI with Microsoft in 2024.
