Elle Waters

For more than a decade, Elle has worked with artists, executives, designers, product managers, engineers, and testers to create a more inclusive digital world. After building an enterprise accessibility program at a Fortune 100 company, she spent several years teaching both leadership and product teams how to integrate lean accessibility practices into their agile processes. She currently leads the accessibility support for Adobe’s Digital Experience products and manages a team of amazing humans. She has a lifelong fascination with emerging technologies, a deep conviction that accessibility is a human right, and a healthy fear of zombies.
