Lucy Greco
Lucy Greco has been working on digital accessibility for over 40 years and has seen how much technology can change the lives of people with disabilities. As a blind woman, technology has had a profound effect on her life. Lucy will share stories about how technology has changed her life and the lives of others around her. She will also examine where she sees technology going and what needs to happen to ensure that people with disabilities can not only use technology but thrive because of it.
Jutta Treviranus
Jutta Treviranus is the Director of the Inclusive Design Research Centre (IDRC) and professor in the faculty of Design at OCAD University in Toronto (http://idrc.ocadu.ca ). Jutta established the IDRC in 1993 as the nexus of a growing global community that proactively works to ensure that our digitally transformed and globally connected society is designed inclusively. Dr. Treviranus also founded an innovative graduate program in inclusive design at OCAD University. Jutta is credited with developing an inclusive co-design methodology that has been adopted by large enterprise companies such as Microsoft, as well as public sector organizations internationally. Jutta has coordinated many research networks with and by people with disabilities. Jutta was recognized for her work in AI by Women in AI with the AI for Good - DEI AI Leader of the Year award as well as by Women in AI Ethics. She is the chair of the Accessible and Equitable Artificial Intelligence standards committee for the Accessible Canada Act.
Bill Curtis-Davidson
Bill Curtis-Davidson serves as Executive Director and Principal Research Scientist at the Georgia Tech Center for Inclusive Design and Innovation (CIDI), where he leads applied research, service, and education initiatives that advance accessible technology. Beginning his career in 1998 as a Research Scientist focused on assistive technology and user-centered design, he has since held influential roles across industry and emerging technology, including leadership positions at IBM, Level Access, and Magic Leap. A Certified AI Governance Professional and ForHumanity Certified Auditor & Fellow, he has contributed to award‑winning policy and standards efforts with OECD, NIST, PEAT, PAI, and ForHumanity.
Eve Hill
Eve Hill is one of the nation’s leading civil rights lawyers, known especially for her work with clients with disabilities and LGBTQ+ clients. She has been recognized by Law360 as one of just 12 “Titans of the Plaintiffs’ Bar” for 2023, as well as by Lawdragon as one of the 500 Leading Lawyers in America (2022, 2023, and 2024). Her wide-ranging experience complements Brown, Goldstein & Levy’s decades of dedication to high-impact disability rights cases and its advocacy on behalf of individuals with disabilities and their families. Eve also leads Inclusivity, BGL’s Strategic Consulting Group, which works with organizations to promote the education, engagement, and employment of people with disabilities.
