Exhibit Hall Location
Make your way to the Mabee Ballroom located on L3 of Ragsdale Center! Connect face-to-face with leading accessibility organizations, explore cutting-edge tools and services, and engage in meaningful conversations that inspire new ideas and solutions.
The Exhibitor Room will be open all week—stop by to discover new perspectives, meet passionate advocates, and learn how organizations are driving accessibility forward.

- (Closed from 4:00pm - 5:30 pm for Sight Sound Soul setup)
- 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (during Sight Sound Soul)
- Thursday: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm

Performedia provides end-to-end production and technology services for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Our offerings include a fully browser-based event platform and mobile app with no downloads required, an integrated media player for both onsite and online audiences, and robust streaming and capture solutions.

As a non-profit service center at Utah State University, our mission is to expand the potential of the web for people with disabilities. We empower individuals and organizations to create and deliver accessible content by providing knowledge, technical skills, tools, organizational leadership strategies, and vision.
