Exhibit Hall Location

Make your way to the Mabee Ballroom located on L3 of Ragsdale Center! Connect face-to-face with leading accessibility organizations, explore cutting-edge tools and services, and engage in meaningful conversations that inspire new ideas and solutions.

The Exhibitor Room will be open all week—stop by to discover new perspectives, meet passionate advocates, and learn how organizations are driving accessibility forward.

  • Wednesday:
    • 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
    • (Closed from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm for Sight Sound Soul setup)
    • 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (during Sight Sound Soul)
  • Thursday: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
