Accommodations Requests
Accommodations deadline is April 15th. Any new accommodation requests will be subject to availability.
Accommodations & Accessibility Services
- AI Captioning will be enabled on all live sessions through Zoom Events
- Real-Time Captioning and ASL will be provided for keynotes and social events
- All registered attendees will have access to the recordings and materials through the end of the calendar year. You my access the recordings via the Zoom events platform.
- A room at St. Edward's will be a designated quiet space

- American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation for keynotes, social events, and Sessions (Deep Dives, General and Roundtable)
- Live Captioning for Deep Dive, General, and Roundtable sessions
- Additional services are available upon request
