Hotels, Transportation, and Parking

Stay at the Hyatt Regency if you want to be nestled on the shores of Lady Bird Lake directly across from downtown Austin. You will have close access to 6th Street, Rainey Street, and South Congress for entertainment, dining, and shopping. Walk to the Congress Ave Bridge near sunset in the summer to experience Austin’s famous bat show, featuring more than 1.5 million Mexican free-tailed bats.

Book the Hyatt Place if you want to be near all the action in downtown Austin; the Hyatt Place Austin Downtown hotel is one block from the Austin Convention Center, three blocks from the 6th Street entertainment district, and one mile from the UT Austin campus.

Stay at the Wyndham Garden Inn Hotel if you want to be closest to the conference site yet still have access to local attractions. Located just 3 miles south of downtown Austin, it's within minutes the downtown, 6th Street, Rainey Street and South Congress entertainment, dining and shopping districts. It's also close Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and St. Edward's University.

We will be providing shuttle service from all hotels to the conference each morning as well as service back to the hotels at the end of each day.

Attendees must register their vehicles for event parking at St. Edward's University. Parking at St. Edward's University is free in designated areas, but all vehicles must be registered in order to avoid towing. Unregistered vehicles or vehicles parked in restricted areas will be towed at the owner's expense.

Once you have filled out the information and clicked the “Start” button you will receive confirmation that you have registered for event parking. Vehicle registration for this event allows parking in all Standard (Green), Economy (Yellow), and Faculty (Black) lots.
