There are 1.2 billion people in the world with a disability and 57% of people without disabilities also benefit from more accessible designs. In the United States alone, 1 in 4 people identify with some form of disability. But are we creating products to support everyone? How do we build a culture in our team as product managers, owners, or even developers to be more inclusive in our product design process? This session will challenge you to think beyond your 'traditional' users' needs and include more voices in your product. It will also touch on tangible action items that help influence team culture through conversations and processes toward building for accessibility.
