The session will also cover how to avoid hot-button topics that distract from the main message, and how to communicate with leaders and colleagues in a way that is more likely to be heard and implemented in the long-term. By the end of the session, you will have a better understanding of how to overcome objections, control conversations, and influence decisions with their knowledge and experience, as well as techniques to avoid advocacy fatigue.
