How do you go about building and sustaining an accessibility program to ensure the products you build are accessible? It can be a daunting task with questions from where to start, how to fund it, to how to sustain it. At Watermark, our accessibility journey started with a narrow focus and on a shoestring budget then spread to a company-wide initiative driving change in how we approach and talk about accessibility inside and outside of our product. In this interactive session, we will share our journey and walk through key cornerstones to developing and sustaining an accessibility program. You will walk away with a start for your own plan as well as tips and tricks to drive change and avoid pitfalls along the way.
