Many of us have been here while some of us are starting on our accessibility journey. We are hired to implement an accessibility program, but how do we do that as a team of one? The purpose of this class to have an honest conversation about techniques, challenges, and rewards of setting up an accessibility program in an organization new to accessibility when you are only one person.

3. Identifying knowledge and process gaps
4. Understanding the development lifecycle
