In the digital accessibility lawsuits of recent years, certain patterns have emerged which can inform your accessibility strategy.


Description

This talk will analyse digital accessibility lawsuits from two angles: 1) a granular technical analysis of the accessibility problems most commonly mentioned in lawsuits, and 2) what it takes, in response to common lawsuit outcomes, to rebuild development and content design processes accordingly.

Together, these analyses will constitute a roadmap for proactively building an accessibility program through the lens of litigation risk management.
