Dr. Danielle Smith has held positions of leadership throughout her career. She is a strategic thinker, helping to define, develop, and refine overall business strategy for her clients. She has had proven success in managing project staff and in designing and conducting research for enterprise clients – focusing on IT UX and market research, longitudinal UX projects, research program/ roadmap design, and general UX/ Human Factors and Ergonomics consulting.
