Dr. Dee Miller

Dr. Dee Miller is a relationship-driven leader with 15+ years of experience driving inclusive innovation through product development, research, and strategy. As Director of Product Strategy & Insights on Adobe’s Product Equity team, she leads initiatives in accessibility, usability, cultural access through data enrichment, and equity-centered measurement to better serve systemically underinvested communities.

An Aspen Institute First Mover Fellow, she holds a B.S. in Science, Technology, and Society from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Ph.D. focused on Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Based in Austin, TX, she enjoys traveling, dancing, and belting out her go-to karaoke song, “Proud Mary” by Ike & Tina Turner.
