We have 3 hotels available, each with different amenities, distance to downtown and other entertainment districts, and dates for rate availability.

Stay at the Hyatt Place if you want to be near all the action in downtown Austin. The Hyatt Place Austin Downtown hotel is three blocks from the 6th Street and two blocks from Rainey Street entertainment district, half a mile from the Texas Capitol, minutes from the South Congress (SoCo) district for entertainment, dining, and shopping - and less than 3 miles from St. Edwards University.

Stay at the Hyatt Regency if you want to be nestled on the shores of Lady Bird Lake directly across from downtown Austin. You will have close access to 6th Street, Rainey Street, and South Congress for entertainment, dining, and shopping. Walk to the Congress Ave Bridge near sunset in the summer to experience Austin’s famous bat show, featuring more than 1.5 million Mexican free-tailed bats.

Stay at the Wyndham Garden Inn Hotel if you want to be closest to the conference site yet still have access to local attractions. Located just 3 miles south of downtown Austin, it's within minutes the downtown, 6th Street, Rainey Street and South Congress entertainment, dining and shopping districts. It's also close Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and St. Edward's University. This hotel has free shuttle services to/from the airport.
