Hotels and Transportation

Below is information on conference hotels and transportation.

Transportation

Fetii, an Austin-based rideshare company will provide shuttles between the hotels and St. Ed's Campus. Buses will make the following rounds:

May 13 - May 16 (MORNING):

  • Pick-up time: 7:30 AM
  • Stop 1: Hyatt Regency Austin, 208 Barton Springs Rd.
  • Stop 2: Hyatt Place Austin Downtown, 211 E. 3rd St.
  • Stop 3: Wyndham Garden Austin, 3401 S 1-25 Frontage Rd.
  • Stop 4: St. Edward's Campus, 3001 S. Congress Ave.
  • Pick-up time: 8:40 AM
  • Stop 1: Hyatt Regency Austin, 208 Barton Springs Rd.
  • Stop 2: Hyatt Place Austin Downtown, 211 E. 3rd St.
  • Stop 3: Wyndham Garden Austin, 3401 S 1-25 Frontage Rd.

Optional May 14th Salt Lick Dinner: If you opted in for this event, meet the bus at the Wyndham Garden Hotel at 6 pm on Tuesday.

Stay at the Hyatt Place if you want to be near all the action in downtown Austin. The Hyatt Place Austin Downtown hotel is three blocks from the 6th Street and two blocks from Rainey Street entertainment district, half a mile from the Texas Capitol, minutes from the South Congress (SoCo) district for entertainment, dining, and shopping - and less than 3 miles from St. Edwards University.

Stay at the Hyatt Regency if you want to be nestled on the shores of Lady Bird Lake directly across from downtown Austin. You will have close access to 6th Street, Rainey Street, and South Congress for entertainment, dining, and shopping. Stay at the Wyndham Garden Inn Hotel if you want to be closest to the conference site yet still have access to local attractions. Located just 3 miles south of downtown Austin, it's within minutes the downtown, 6th Street, Rainey Street and South Congress entertainment, dining and shopping districts. It's also close Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and St. Edward's University.
