Session Formats

AccessU stands out from other conferences because our sessions teach and train participants. Sessions are in-depth, hands-on learning experiences for virtual and onsite attendees.

  • Deep Dive Workshops - pre-conference workshops for intensive training and practice
    • 4-6 hours
    • Presented live from St. Edward's to onsite and virtual attendees
  • General Sessions - designed for participants to learn skills and practice with peers
    • Presented live from St. Edward's to onsite and virtual attendees
    • Options
      • 180-minute live presentation that includes a minimum of 45 minutes for Q&A and practice
      • 90-minute live presentation that includes a minimum of 30 minutes for Q&A and practice
      • 90-minute pre-recorded presentation (45-60-minute video played during the scheduled session with a minimum of 30 minutes for live Q&A and practice)

Additional Information

  • We are accepting presentations from presenters that are not able to attend AccessU in Austin, TX and wish to present virtually through Zoom Events. Please indicate your attendance plans in your proposal submission form.
  • We will notify presenters by February 20, 2023 if they have been accepted
  • Presenters will be asked to provide materials by April 3, 2023, so they can be prepared and added to the Learning Center for attendees to access prior to sessions as needed.
  • Accepted presenters and one co-presenter will receive a free General Ticket to AccessU.
