Hotels and Transportation

We have two hotels with conference rates.

Stay at the Hyatt Regency if you want to be nestled on the shores of Lady Bird Lake directly across from downtown Austin. You will have close access to 6th Street, Rainey Street, and South Congress for entertainment, dining, and shopping. Walk to the Congress Ave Bridge near sunset in the summer to experience Austin’s famous bat show, featuring more than 1.5 million Mexican free-tailed bats.

Stay at the Wyndham Garden Inn Hotel if you want to be closest to the conference site yet still have access to local attractions. Located just 3 miles south of downtown Austin, it's within minutes the downtown, 6th Street, Rainey Street and South Congress entertainment, dining and shopping districts. It's also close Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and St. Edward's University.

We will have shuttles that run in the mornings and afternoons to take you from your hotel to the conference site. That information is not yet available and will be shared as soon as we have it setup and scheduled.
