Usability Testing with People with Disabilities
taught by: Elisa Miller
Session Summary
Learn how usability testing provides important feedback for the development of your products.
Description
The best way to learn how your website or app will work for people with disabilities is to observe them using it. Usability testing lets users try out your product so you can learn what works for them particularly when they use assistive devices. But how do we do that? And how has that changed in a COVID world? Come learn how to include different abilities in your next usability testing lifecycle. You'll hear tips and tricks from a seasoned expert on logistics, preparations, and tools to use.
Due to the format of this workshop, it will be available to ONSITE ATTENDEES ONLY.

- Define the goals of a usability test and create a test script.
