Below is a sample project plan to show you what a finished plan might look like. When you're ready to build your own, download the Team Project Plan template (Word) from the button below the example.

Use your plan to:

  • Schedule team, client, and mentor meetings and track who does what each week.
  • Set aside weekly time for training, individual work, and meetings.
  • Log your hours each week (the Team Captain submits them to Knowbility at the end of AIR).
