Upcoming AIR Events, Deadlines & Training

The AIR 2025 program runs from mid-September through mid-November, with the awards ceremony in January, 2026.

All times listed below are in US Central Time. All events are virtual (online), unless otherwise noted.

Key Events and Deadlines

January 15, 2026: Awards Ceremony (Doors open at 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm)

Join us in celebrating with the AIR teams, clients, and the incredible judges and mentors who have supported them throughout this journey. If you're nearby, I strongly encourage you to attend in person! It's a fantastic chance to connect, network, and enjoy the energy of the event.

We’ll have snacks, fun prizes (like books, T-shirts, and cool swag), and lots of celebration to look forward to!

Tickets and RSVP Information

Participants receive one complimentary ticket.
Participants can purchase additional tickets if they wish to bring a guest or additional guests.

All participants must complete the RSVP form to claim their complimentary ticket and to purchase any additional guest tickets.

Awards Ceremony Details

Location: KMFA Studios - Draylen Mason Music Studio

Address: 41 Navasota Street, Austin, TX 78702

Parking: Reserved complementary parking is available alongside and underneath the KMFA building. Street parking is free in the immediate area.

Event Schedule

In-person attendees: Doors open at 6 PM for refreshments and snacks.
Virtual attendees: Please sign on by 6:55 PM.
7:00 PM: Program begins. Welcome & opening remarks.
8:00 PM: Closing remarks
In-person attendees are invited to stay on site from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM for additional networking and community building.

AIR Training Sessions

January 11: How to Maintain your AIR website

(Time TBD) Clients are invited to learn about maintaining your new websites, and covers other aspects related to ensuring a solid presence on the web.
