2025 Calendar of AIR Events

The AIR 2025 program runs from mid-September through mid-November, with the awards ceremony in January, 2026.

All times listed below are in US Central Time. All events are virtual (online), unless otherwise noted.

Take advantage of this opportunity to ask judges questions directly, gain clarity on judging form criteria and get tips to help strengthen your final deliverables and ensure your site meets accessibility standards.

All AIR participants are welcome to attend any of the training sessions offered. Each session is designed with a specific focus in mind, but we encourage everyone to join any training that supports their understanding and participation in the AIR program.

(All training sessions will be recorded. Zoom invites will be sent prior to sessions.)

Come learn the basics of web accessibility testing. We will review methods you can use to test without any special tools and also explore tools that you can install and use for additional testing. It will be a whirlwind tour of testing keyboard, use of color alone, multi-media, reflow, text-sizing, color contrast, and automated testing.

These open, optional drop-in sessions are designed to provide additional support to AIR client participants as they collaborate with their teams and move through the project timeline. Whether you need help troubleshooting, planning, or just want to check in, office hours are a great opportunity to get personalized support.

(Time TBD) Clients are invited to learn about maintaining your new websites, and covers other aspects related to ensuring a solid presence on the web.
