COVID-19 Policy

We are committed to creating a comfortable, safe and fun environment for our guests! All guests are required to show proof of up to date vaccination (a booster shot is required to be considered up to date per CDC Guidelines) OR a negative PCR Covid-19 test within 24 hours of the conference. This requirement will be STRICTLY ENFORCED given highly contagious variants and some attendees who are medically fragile. To read more go to www.knowbility.org/programs/accessu-2022/covid-policy

We have worked with the St. Edward's Campus to ensure the utmost safety of our attendees. There will be multiple outdoors shaded areas to eat if you are uncomfortable with staying indoors while removing your mask. We will also provide various private rooms and classrooms for individuals who want to maintain social distancing while dining indoors. Please reach out to us at AccessU@Knowbility.org so we can support you in making those arrangements.
