Since we haven’t started a “swear jar” early enough, let’s dive into the right (and wrong) principles and code solutions to inform users of assistive technology about changes in content and context. We will arm you with practical, ground-level tactics for error messages, dynamic search results, modals/pop-up messages, carousels, and accordions. We’ll warn you, though, that our ideas are controversial…so we’ll be calling on you for a healthy debate!
