Jessica Medina is the Office Manager at Knowbility, bringing a diverse background in operations, administration, and systems management across both nonprofit and educational settings.
With a career built around organizing chaos into clarity, Jessica has led efforts in HR administration, financial coordination, data reporting, and tech system integration. She’s worked in roles ranging from school operations to student services to nonprofit leadership, and her experience has honed a practical, people-centered approach to streamlining workflows and supporting mission-aligned teams.
Jessica holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from Texas Woman’s University, and she’s earned certifications in Peer Support, Mental Health First Aid, and Workflow Management. At Knowbility, she’s excited to support a mission she deeply believes in—building a more inclusive digital world—and to contribute thoughtful structure, process improvements, and behind-the-scenes support that helps the team thrive.
Outside of work, Jessica is always up for a competitive board game, gets completely absorbed in YA dystopian novels, and loves exploring unique, Instagram-worthy restaurants with great food and even better vibes.
