In this session, we will take a look at some reasons why the K-12 EdTech industry struggles to deliver equity in learning, and what can be done to help.
By the end of this session, participants will be better equipped to work with K-12 EdTech suppliers, vendors, publishers, and other partners toward delivering equity in learning.


Practical Skills

  • Participant will learn some of the reasons why our equity in learning situation in K-12 EdTech looks the way it does today.
  • Participants will learn where (and why) WCAG falls short for K-12 EdTech.
  • Participants will learn four strategic areas where equity in learning shortcomings can be addressed in K-12 EdTech.
