Kelsey Ruger, Becky Gibson, and Mark Steadman will explore the importance of AccessU and how structured learning environments and peer connections contribute to the broader goal of digital inclusion.
Meet Your Presenters
Kelsey Ruger, Chief Product & Technology Officer at Hello Alice, is a veteran technologist who scaled the platform to 1.5 million users while architecting enterprise-grade agentic AI. With two decades of experience at firms like AT&T and UT Austin AI credentials, he uses his "Organic Systems" methodology to help organizations scale meaningfully. A frequent speaker at SXSW and CES, Kelsey specializes in turning technical complexity into sustainable, human-centric growth.
Becky Gibson is a distinguished Software Engineer and Accessibility Architect specializing in digital inclusion and accessible web solutions. She was instrumental in the development of global industry standards, including the WCAG 2.0 guidelines and the ARIA specification. Currently a Project Assistant at MIT working with the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative, she balances her professional advocacy with interests in travel, reading, and water sports.
Mark Steadman is a Director of Mobile Accessibility at Fidelity Investments with a passion for accessibility automation, developer advocacy for accessibility, and an overall mission to make all content on the web/mobile accessible for all. Mark’s main focus has been working with development teams to prioritize accessibility in the agile environment.
