- October 24, 7pm-9pm (CST): Judges QA Event (Hybrid) - This informal meetup is a chance for teams to ask judges in attendance questions. For those of you who can join us in person, we will be meeting up for an informal gathering at the Brewtorium

- Parking: Brewtorium’s parking lot is free and there is free parking along the curb on Dillard Circle. Additional parking is available in The Mothers’ Milk Bank parking lot after 5PM & on weekends.

- November 7, 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm: Office Hours (NPO Q&A, come and go - Virtual)
- November 26, 5:00 pm: Final Countdown Event Starts
- November 26, 6:00 pm: Site Submission Form due (don't be late)
- December 23: Judging Results Due
