In a world where accessibility needs to be a much greater priority, this session will give you the skills you need in order to have important conversations about accessibility. We will begin our session by looking at scenarios that many people may have encountered, and looking at how we can address the issues that seem to happen over and over again. We will go through strategies to work through those difficult conversations, and show you ways to keep the engagements positive, and moving forward.

We know from experience how difficult these conversations are and would like to share what we have found that has worked for us. In addition, we want to learn from others on what strategies they have found that have worked for them. This session will be interactive and promote an open dialogue. Participants will learn from us and each other, and work together to build solutions to common accessibility issues when designing content.
