Agreement

As the client in this competition, you are an integral part of the project. Only with your input, content, and vision can the dev/designer team build a website for you. To complete your registration, please check each box below to indicate your agreement:

I understand that the primary purpose of AIR is to promote web accessibility, that the goal is to design or redesign a new website for me/my organization that welcomes everyone.
I will provide the name, phone number, and email of the main contact for the project.
I have a volunteer, consultant or employee already onboard at my organization that manages my current site.
I will read and view or listen to all AIR-related training and guidance materials regarding this event and its purpose.
I will respond promptly to all communications from my AIR team & participate in meetings as needed.
I will have all photos and content for my website (including any new content) ready before the design team is ready to begin.
I will have a representative at the AIR Kickoff event either in-person in Austin, Texas or online.
