- August 30: Registration Deadline
- September 5, 2:00 pm: NPO/Client Training (90 minutes)
- September 6, 3:00 pm: Developer Training Part 1 of 2 (1 hour)
- September 11, 6:00 pm: Kick-Off Event (Teams, NPOs matched and 1st meeting)
- September 13, 3:00 pm: Developer Training Part 2 of 2 (1 hour)
- September 14, 3:00 pm: Mentor Training (90 minutes)
- September 20, 3:00 pm: WordPress Accessibility Training (90 minutes)
- September 26, 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm: Office Hours (NPO Q&A, come and go)
- October 10, 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm: Office Hours (NPO Q&A, come and go)
- October 19, 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm: Rally Checkpoint (Midway check-in)
- October 24, 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm: Office Hours (NPO Q&A, come and go)
- November 7, 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm: Office Hours (NPO Q&A, come and go)
- November 19, 5:00 pm: Final Countdown Event Starts
- November 19, 6:00 pm: Site Submission Form due (don't be late)
- December 15: Judging Results Due

- January 11: Awards Ceremony (hybrid)
- January 12: Live NPO Q&A (how to maintain your website)
