In this course, we will look at several examples of typical accessibility errors often found on web pages. We will use some basic test tools and techniques to discover the errors - including some basic techniques for using the JAWS screen reader.
We will look at several types of issues, including issues with page structure, non-text content, form fields, language, visual formatting, and using the keyboard.
While this course focuses on test tools and the end user experience, we will also look at some HTML source code to see how the code relates to the errors we find. You do not need to be an expert in coding HTML – this course is intended for both testers and developers of web content.
