Many organizations, Blackboard included, rely on the screen reader JAWS as one of their main methods of confirming whether or not an application is accessible. Although using a tool like JAWS can be a great resource in understanding the overall accessibility of an application, there are still many issues than can slip through. This discussion is intended to cover some of those issues.
