Jesse Quintanilla

I graduated from the University of Houston, cum laude with a BFA in graphic communications and a minor in art history and printing technology. I have 20 years of graphic design experience with 18 years of working on websites. I have rebranded several companies with new identities from print to Web and have rebranded many company websites before working for METRO. METRO hired me in 2006, as Manager of Creative Services. One year later, I was placed in charge of rebranding and restructuring METRO’s websites, which I have now done several times. For more than 11 years, I’ve been the Web Designer for METRO, managing and maintaining the METRO websites, creating graphics, writing content and code, making improvements and keeping the branding and accessibility standards of ridemetro.org and other connected websites and applications. I communicate with third-party vendors on site-maintenance and contracts and collaborate with I.T.’s Web team on application content and graphic updates. I also provide graphics for social media, support and training to staff of intranet and SharePoint among other task.
