[Accessibility_sig] Is DOJO accessible?

I took a quick look at the Demos on the DOJO site, and could not get them to
work with the keyboard either. The email demo does partially work with the
keyboard, but there were features I couldn't get to work properly.

The question would be is this an accessibility failure on the part of the
toolkit or the developer(s)? Any toolkit may provide a lot of great
features to aid a developer in creating an accessible site, but they can't
be relied on 100% - the same way you can't rely on your (X)HTML editor to
automatically create an accessible site.

My recommendation would be to use the DOJO toolkit to create your own
samples and see if it can be used to create an accessible site. If so, then
perhaps the demos are flawed. If not, perhaps the toolkit needs further
refinement.

Subject: [Accessibility_sig] Is DOJO accessible?

While at the IBM accessibility site I saw a recommendation of the DOJO
toolkit as providing accessible web 2.0.
http://www-03.ibm.com/able/resources/dojo.html; but I was unable to use my
keyboard to navigate in either of the examples at the DOJO site. However, no
one has ever accused me of being a power user; so I was wondering if anyone
else has looked into the accessibility of this particular tool kit?
