Checkpoint C and D of Section 1194.24 (Video and Multimedia Products) of
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act may provide some additional
information for you. When I get asked as to whether or not a college
"should" be captioning materials, I point them at the following URL so
that they can make their own decision
