Fine, my two cents -
I wonder about the difficulty of removing/replacing the handset in the
cradle, and the buttons if the chair can't fit in. Any idea if there are
any public telephones that provide speaker phone/voice dialing
capability? Activation could be a key phrase posted in text AND braille
on the phone.

In fairness, Wooster is not the artist's site, so it's not the
artist's responsibility to include the alternative. I couldn't
immediately find the artist's site, so I sent the original link.
However, I'm not sure captioning the meaning would be the best idea.
Many times, it's better to give the description and let each
individual determine their own meaning. Bwahaha... Okay, enough artsy
fartsy for me today. Back to work. Heh.
