The turn around time even in today's internet and information rich
society, for any book from conception to final publication is
generally 5 years.. which means this book was probably written atleast
 3 years ago and is probably well out of date.
Nice to see them make an attempt, but due to changes in technology,
will probably do more to confuse the issue than clear it up and alot
of businesses will be behind the times if they try to follow the
actual guidelines as opposed to the underlying principles behind them.
